which is based on respect for people and the environment in which they live. Occupational Health and Safety is the top priority in every area of operation of VMİND BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI ANONIM SIRKETI. Everyone is obliged to do what is necessary within their authority to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. One of our most important objectives is to protect all our employees and the surrounding environment against the potential risks of our industry.
To this end;
- To structure the OHS Management System by establishing appropriate documentation in line with national laws and regulations, international obligations, the laws and regulations of the country where the project is carried out, the requirements of national and international organizations of which we are members, specification requirements, and the expectations of customers and other stakeholders,
- To ensure that all necessary means are provided by senior management for the operation of the OHS Management System,
- To proactively identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and behaviors, as well as potential accident risks that could lead to workplace accidents and occupational diseases at the workplace and its extensions, through effective risk assessment,
- To identify risks that could cause workplace accidents and occupational diseases, to ensure the health, safety and social well-being of employees at all levels, visitors and subcontractors, and to minimize all material and moral losses incurred by them,
- To train our employees in occupational health and safety in accordance with legislation and to enable them to attain a good level of OHS awareness and culture,
- To ensure that all employees carry out their activities using the appropriate equipment required by the OHS Management System, in accordance with the relevant procedures and instructions, with awareness of their responsibilities, and in a manner that does not harm the environment,
- We commit to receiving the suggestions, requests and demands of all vMind employees regarding occupational health and safety.
- VMİND BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI ANONIM SIRKETI to become a model company in terms of OHS practices in the eyes of affiliated institutions, chambers of industry and associations,
- We commit to ensuring the continuity of the OHS Management System that has been established and is being operated to this end, as our OHS policy.
